Welcome to Hedgerow 

Education through fun. Hedgerow Nursery and Out-of-School Club, based in Burton Green, Coventry. We offer a home-from-home environment in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere. We ensure a smooth transition from home to nursery through secure attachments with the child, alongside positive relationships with parent / carers. 

We care for children up to the age of 5 in our nursery and up to the age of 11 in our out-of-school club. We pride ourselves on employing highly trained staff who are committed to continuous development.

Our vision is to provide an enabling  environment that gives the child confidence to explore and learn in a secure and safe, yet challenging environment, alongside following the child’s individual needs and interests. Our vision is also to ensure that the individual child stays healthy in all aspects in order to maintain their emotion, mental, social, environmental and spiritual well-being.

Our Rooms

Caterpillar Room

Ages 6 weeks to 2 years. 

Located on the ground floor and is self-contained with five areas; main room, sleep area, baby safe area, milk kitchen and nappy
changing room.

Chrysalis Room

Ages 2 years to 3 years. Located on the first floor and is self-contained with three areas to the room; main room, messy play / meal time and bathroom.

Butterfly Room

Ages 3 years to 5 years. Located on the ground floor and is
self-contained with five areas to the room; main room the quiet room, rainbow room,
cloakroom and bathroom.

Out-of-School Room

Ages 5 years to 11 years. Before and after school for Burton Green C.of.E Primary School. Located in our outdoor classroom has three areas: main room, outdoor area and bathroom access.
